Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, with assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rockland, MA. Responsibilities include providing PT interventions, supporting geriatric mobility, and contributing to post-acute care. Requires Physical Therapy degree, MA PT license, and BLS certification if required. Prior SNF/ LTC experience and proficiency with post-acute documentation systems are preferred. Opportunities include full-time travel contracts, temp-to-hire, and direct hire, with housing and license reimbursement support available.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Proficiency in documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred
- Experience with geriatric populations and mobility assessment preferred
