Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services within a continuing care retirement community. Deliver evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and progress documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident mobility, safety, and functional independence. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
