Job Summary
Conduct home visits to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while providing durable medical equipment recommendations and training. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and accept clinical assignments consistent with education and competence. Perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing, and walking as required for patient care. Work a flexible schedule and travel locally to patient homes. Maintain a current Idaho license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license with insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program, or equivalent degree (Master's or Doctoral degree acceptable)
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist in Idaho, or ability to obtain prior to start of assignment
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
- 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking as required for home visits
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally to patient homes
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English
