Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist supporting skilled nursing and continuing care retirement community (CCRC) populations in Wernersville, PA. Deliver direct rehabilitation services, assessments, and individualized treatment plans for older adult patients, maintain documentation in NetHealth, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support functional independence and safe transitions. Requires Degree in Physical Therapy and active PA license; BLS may be required. Prior travel PT experience and geriatric certifications are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by APTA
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or CCRC environments is required
- Proficiency with NetHealth documentation platform required
- Seasoned clinician with demonstrated ability to manage caseloads in SNF/CCRC settings. Years of experience preferred but not required; very experienced candidates will be prioritized
