Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility in Flora, IL, provides therapy to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, with days shifts 0830-1630, 5x8 schedule and guaranteed 35 hours per week. Assignment supports travel benefits, housing and license reimbursement through ProVenture, and opportunities for direct hire or travel transitions. Requires active Illinois PT license and BLS; preferred SNF/long-term care experience and clinical EMR documentation proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy preferred
- Experience with patient documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
