Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

- Outpatient clinic experience required.
- Experience with patient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer guidelines required.
