Job Summary
Physical Therapist - Travel Contract in Bentonville, AR. Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic services in a physician-based clinic setting as part of a traveling PT team. Eligible candidates have a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active Arkansas PT license, with possible BLS requirement. Role involves outpatient orthopedics, approximately 60 visits weekly and 12–14 patients per day (including some double-booking of follow-ups), with OT hours needing director approval. The position offers travel benefits including housing reimbursement when applicable, travel and license reimbursement, and recruiter support. Opportunities include direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts, with a focus on patient recovery and functional outcomes in a dynamic travel assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arkansas Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Accepting new graduates and first-time travelers (client preference)
- Productivity expectation: ~60 visits/week and 12–14 patients/day
- Ability to obtain site approvals for overtime hours (OT must be approved by director)
