Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Conduct outpatient physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions at Memorial Hospital in Luray, VA. Provide care Monday through Thursday from 07:30 to 17:15 on a 4x10 schedule with 36 weekly guaranteed hours. Maintain an active Virginia Physical Therapy license, hold APTA-approved degree credentials, and possess Basic Life Support certification. Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation. Minimum two years of clinical experience in outpatient and neuro settings is required, with neuro specialty experience preferred.
