Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a Home Health assignment in Gulfport, MS. Responsibilities include providing PT evaluation and treatment, development of plans of care, caregiver and PTA guidance, physician communication, and participation in team case conferences for recertification and discharge planning. Daily driving to patient homes within Harrison County, MS, with evenings shift (2000-0400) and Monday–Friday workdays. Travel to multiple patient locations per shift; perform duties in patient homes and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive home health PT services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (APTA- approved)
- Current and active Physical Therapy license in Mississippi
- BLS certification may be required
- Experience in home health setting preferred
