Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Maintain a 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM schedule with weekend coverage requirements. Travel to multiple points of care as a float requirement. Hold a current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license, an active state license, and a Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification. Complete a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS required
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
