Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Spartanburg, SC. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering restorative care for older adults. Requires PT degree (ACPTA-approved), SC PT license or eligibility, and likely BLS. SNF experience and proficiency with EMR systems are preferred. Assignment is dayshift in a travel contract with comprehensive benefits, weekly payroll, medical and 401(k) options, recruiter support, and potential housing/travel/license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state license prior to assignment start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required; include certification status on application
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred
- Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide restorative care for older adults preferred
