Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in Northfield, NJ for an outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on 60-minute evaluations and treatments. Responsibilities include evaluation, individualized treatment planning, documentation, patient and family education, and supervision of students when assigned. Requires a PT degree, active NJ license, and BLS (if required). Schedule supports 40 hours per week (5x8) with possible evenings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to complete 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with regulations
- Ability to participate in student supervision and professional development activities
