Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist to Sioux City, IA supporting inpatient populations with responsibilities in patient recovery, collaboration with nursing and rehab teams, and adherence to facility policies and Epic EMR documentation. Requires a Doctoral/Professional degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent, active Iowa PT license, BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years inpatient PT experience. Travel assignments include 5x8 schedules with potential weekend coverage; comprehensive benefits including housing and license reimbursement; recruiter-supported onboarding. Prior travel therapy experience and inter-campus float experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active state Physical Therapy license in Iowa
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient PT experience
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Experience in inpatient hospital setting and Epic EMR familiarity
- Not employed by the client facility within the last 12 months
- Taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility
- One supervisory reference at time of submission
