Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic (13-week assignment) based in Fort Washington, MD. Responsibilities include performing 60-minute patient evaluations and managing a patient load of approximately 11 per day, with emphasis on orthopedic PT; vestibular experience preferred. Requires MD licensure with active state license; BLS certification may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland state physical therapy license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience or proficiency in orthopedic physical therapy
- Vestibular experience preferred
- New graduates considered
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and manage a patient load consistent with outpatient clinic expectations (client expectation: 11 patients per day)
- Maintain professional licensure, complete required continuing education, and adhere to state practice act and clinic policies
