Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions for patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions, with a caseload averaging 11 patients daily. Manage a mix of 20-30% extremity and 40-50% neck/back-cervical cases using the Prompt EMR system. Work flexible 4x10 or 5x8 hour shifts in a suburban Indiana setting near Crown Point, with virtual interviews and onboarding. Requires an active state license, APTA-accredited degree, and BLS certification. Full-time pay, housing, and relocation support included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
