Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role delivering PT services in Home Health across nationwide assignments. Responsibilities include helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while traveling to various locations; flexibility to work across contracts (direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts) with benefits starting on day one, relocation assistance, housing assistance, paid travel/language support via ProVenture, and ongoing recruiter support. Requires PT degree (BS/MS/DPT as applicable), active state license, and BLS as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
