Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a home health assignment in Hilliard, OH. Join a traveling PT team providing home health services with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Responsibilities include delivering PT services in patients' homes, managing caseload, using HCHB and OASIS documentation, and meeting productivity targets (minimum 32 points per week; guaranteed 40 hours). Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, active Ohio PT license, and 12 months of home health experience within the last 3 years. BLS certification may be required. Travel benefits include license reimbursement and potential paid housing options; recruiter will provide full details during hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- At least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Productivity requirement of 32 points per week; guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Ability to work in a home health setting
- Preferred: territory or caseload management experience in home health
