Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist assignment in an outpatient clinic setting in Southington, CT. You will evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with physicians, patients, families and colleagues to support functional return to community activities. You will follow state practice acts and organizational safety policies while contributing to professional development and student learning as assigned. Shift pattern is 5x8. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Connecticut physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document care in compliance with regulatory and clinic policies
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Ability to participate in student supervision and demonstrate professional development planning
