Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in two Brattleboro SNFs. You will treat patients with injuries and chronic conditions, working between two local skilled nursing locations and integrating into existing care teams. Requires a VT PT license, APTA-approved degree, BLS, and SNF experience. EMR use and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are expected. Pay is based on 36 hours. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Vermont physical therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings
- Ability to split time between two local skilled nursing locations and adapt to multiple site workflows
