Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient clinic in Hamden, CT. Provide patient-centered outpatient physical therapy across a broad age range and manage a full outpatient caseload as the sole PT in a multidisciplinary setting. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with potential for 4x10s; interviews conducted virtually; you’ll work independently within the clinic and coordinate with a recruiter for more information. Qualifications include a PT degree (Bachelors/Master/Doctorate), CT license, outpatient experience across the age range, and familiarity with WebPT EMR. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- Outpatient experience required (adolescents through geriatrics; sports injuries; post-operative care; neurorehabilitation preferred)
- Experience using WebPT EMR preferred
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Ability to function as the sole PT provider in the clinic
