Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with sports injuries and post-operative conditions in Hilton Head Island, SC on a 20-26 week travel contract. Deliver therapeutic interventions in an outpatient setting, including modalities, therapeutic exercise programs, and manual techniques (IASTM) as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and compliant documentation. Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure licensure requirements are met. The role includes travel/relocation logistics with 100% paid housing and license reimbursement, and ongoing recruiter support. Shift: Days; Facility: Outpatient.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license or compact privilege (if eligible) required to start the assignment
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
- Demonstrated proficiency with common outpatient modalities and therapeutic exercise programs
- Experience with instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization or manual therapy techniques preferred
- Excellent documentation skills in electronic medical records
- Experience with outpatient EMR systems preferred
- Assignment length 20-26 weeks (client preference)
