Travel Physical Therapist needed to provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lamoni, IA on a 13-week contract. Requires PT degree (APTA-approved), active state license, and 6+ months of experience. BLS may be required. Responsibilities include helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions with 8-15 patient volumes per day, while enjoying travel benefits, housing options, and relocation/license reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 6 months or more of relevant experience
