Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility near Easley, SC. You’ll treat post-acute and long-term care patients, help them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, and work within NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems. Responsibilities include maintaining a 90% productivity standard, floating to additional facility locations as needed, and supporting diverse patient populations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred; SNF experience strongly preferred by the client
- Familiarity with NetHealth and PointClickCare documentation systems preferred
- Assistants expected productivity knowledge: 90% productivity expectation; ability to work within productivity standards
- Resume required to submit as a substitute; candidate must be prepared to provide an updated resume
- Preferred candidates will have prior experience treating post-acute and long-term care populations
