Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient orthopedic assignment in Prattville, AL. Provide therapy to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a designated outpatient clinic. Travel role with guaranteed hours (36–40 per week) and productivity target of about 60 visits weekly (12–14 patients daily), with double-booking of follow-ups. Requires active Alabama PT license and BLS certification prior to start; new graduates welcome. Shift is days; overtime requires director approval. Travel housing and licensing reimbursement offered; benefits include comprehensive medical, 401(k) matching, and recruiter support. PTA applicants will not be considered; candidates must hold a PT degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) and be licensed in Alabama. EEO statement included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Alabama state physical therapy license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- 36-40 hours per week with 60 visits per week productivity target
- PTs only (PTA not accepted)
