Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role providing home health services in Albany, KY. Perform PT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders, establish goals and treatment plans, reassess effectiveness, and communicate progress to care team and families. Supervise PTAs and aides, maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements, and document evaluation, treatment, and billing. Experience with HCHB/OASIS and wound care is required; KY compact license eligible. Benefits include housing support, weekly pay, and travel/license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Kentucky license or eligibility through the compact to begin the assignment
- Home health experience
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS documentation
- Wound care experience
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
