Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient contract in Southbridge, MA. Join as a traveling PT with 13–26 weeks duration in an outpatient setting to treat patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Schedule typically includes days (08:00–16:30) with possible 4x10 options and up to two evenings per week until 19:30. EMR is Raintree; experience with outpatient PT, BLS, and MA license required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings post-clinicals
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred
- Ability to complete required pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start. Agency will be reimbursed after proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client process)
