Job Summary
Physical Therapist travel contract opportunity in Moorhead, MN at a skilled nursing facility. Provide PT services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, with 36 hours/week and an 85% productivity standard, typically 10–20 patient visits per day. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with weekend shifts only if planned. Maintain active MN and ND licenses for nearby coverage. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active MN Physical Therapy license required prior to start
- Active ND Physical Therapy license required prior to start
- Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% productivity standard with volumes typically 10–20 patient visits per day
