Job Summary
Physical Therapist travel contract in Charleston, WV providing home health services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Responsibilities include delivering home health PT care, performing add-on evaluations as required by the client, and ensuring compliance with OASIS/home health documentation. The role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a Monday–Friday schedule (08:00–16:00) and mileage reimbursement between patient visits. Requires a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, WV state license (or eligibility), and BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Current, unrestricted WV state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience with OASIS visits and home health documentation preferred
- Home health experience preferred
- Ability to perform add-on evaluations as required by the client
