Job Summary
Travel PT assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Linwood, NJ. Provide physical therapy services including restorative programs, mobility training, and fall risk assessment. 13-week contract with day shifts (08:30–16:30); ASAP start. Requires NJ PT license and applicable BLS. Electronic medical records documentation experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required
- BLS certification may be required
