Job Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care to improve patient function and quality of life in a Tuscaloosa, AL clinic. Manage approximately 60 visits per week, with a typical daily load of 12–14 patients, including some double-booked follow-ups. Work a 36-hour guaranteed schedule up to 40 hours per week, with overtime requiring director approval. This role accepts first-time travelers and new graduates, offering a chance to help others recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Alabama state physical therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Authorization to work up to 36–40 hours per week
- Must be a licensed PT
Desired Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Previous outpatient clinic experience with orthopedics
- Experience working in travel teams or floating within a regional clinic network
