Job Summary
Provide travel Physical Therapist services in a Skilled Nursing Facility with a primarily outpatient rehab focus and about 20% inpatient coverage. The role requires licensure in Oregon (PT), BLS certification, and experience in outpatient rehab with familiarity of Epic EMR. Work four 10-hour days per week (days), with occasional Saturdays. Location is Baker City, OR, offering travel opportunity, housing support, and license reimbursement as part of the travel package. Responsibilities include managing an outpatient caseload, with some inpatient coverage, collaborating with the care team, and delivering patient-centered therapy across post-acute settings. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Oregon state license required to start the assignment
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation required; caseload primarily outpatient with ~20% inpatient
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record preferred
