Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist assignment in Hagerstown, MD providing home health care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and follow through with plans of care, mandatory weekly case conference, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires MD licensure, BLS, and the ability to travel between patient homes within Washington County; mileage reimbursement is provided. Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home health experience preferred
- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in hospital, SNF, or outpatient settings will be considered
- Ability to travel within Washington County, MD between patient visits
- Mileage reimbursement provided between first and last patient visit
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior home health physical therapy experience
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
