Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist position in Newton, NJ for a 13-week assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The therapist will assist patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, performing patient evaluations, developing and implementing care plans, and documenting care in SNF settings. Requires Active NJ PT license, BLS, and at least 1 year of SNF experience. Shift is days, 08:30–16:30, 5x8 pattern; ASAP start. Opportunity to work in a travel role with potential metropolitan access to New York City within a suburban setting; EEO considerations apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required (client-specific)
- Experience with typical SNF documentation and care plans preferred
