Job Summary
Provide therapeutic interventions for post-operative, neurologic, and chronic condition management in a Skilled Nursing Facility in West Branch, MI. Deliver days shifts from 0830-1630 with 5x8 coverage per week, with potential floating to other regional facilities. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while managing geriatric rehabilitation and restorative programs. Hold an active Michigan Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and a Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree. Enjoy full-time pay, 100% paid housing, and relocation assistance for this 13-week assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Michigan Physical Therapy license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC
- Ability to provide therapeutic interventions for post-operative, neurologic, and chronic condition management
- Must be able to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Must be able to maintain accurate patient records
- Must be able to float to other facilities within the region as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and common SNF documentation systems
