Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist to provide patient rehabilitation in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Requires a Physical Therapy degree and an active Arizona license; BLS may be required. Weekday Days shifts with benefits starting on day one, including full medical benefits, 401k matching, 100% housing, travel and license reimbursement, and recruiter support. Must be willing to travel to Prescott Valley, AZ and surrounding areas for varied clinical assignments; join as a travel clinician with direct-hire, temp-to-hire, or travel contract options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care settings preferred
