Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations in Fair Oaks, CA. Support rehabilitation for acute injuries and chronic conditions, with a focus on spine and sports rehabilitation, while maintaining clinical documentation and outcome tracking in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Requires active California PT license and degree in Physical Therapy; BLS may be required. Travel assignment includes 100% paid housing for eligible assignments, weekly pay, and travel/license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Client requires experience with spine and sports rehabilitation preferred
- Prior experience in outpatient clinics focused on spine and sports injuries
- Proficiency with therapeutic modalities and functional outcome measures commonly used in outpatient settings
