Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist assignment in an outpatient clinic in West Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, communicating treatment plans and progress to medical teams, reporting patient progress to in-house and specialty physicians, and assisting center colleagues in identifying issues. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for 13 weeks. Requires licensure in California and experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics; BLS may be required. 13-week, travel-contract assignment in an outpatient setting with opportunities to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting
- BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy acceptable; Doctoral degree preferred
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide mentorship or assistance to center colleagues
