Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist position at a skilled nursing facility in Seneca, SC. Provide patient-rehabilitation services to recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a travel assignment. Responsibilities include mobility training, restorative programs, and documentation in electronic medical records. Assignment details indicate 5 days per week with full-time travel opportunities and multiple hire paths (direct hire, temp-to-hire, travel contracts). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active South Carolina physical therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Experience with mobility training, restorative programs, and EMR documentation preferred
