Job Summary
Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Hamtramck, MI. You will assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions during a 5x8 schedule (days 08:30-16:30). Benefits include travel, housing options, and license reimbursement; recruitment support available. Must have a PT degree and an active MI license; BLS may be required. Experience in SNF/long-term care and clinical documentation skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Current clinical documentation skills and experience with physical therapy evaluations, plan of care development, and restorative nursing programs preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
