Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in Home Health (Solon, OH) providing evaluations, interventions, and patient education for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions in the home; collaborate with interdisciplinary clinicians; document Plans of Care and progress; instruct patients and families on transfers and device use; adapt rehabilitative devices for home limitations; and participate in infection control with local travel between Akron and Cleveland markets.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Physical Therapist license required for Ohio prior to start
- Bachelor of Science, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‐approved program
- Proof of current CPR certification required
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required
- 1–2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or rehabilitation settings required
- Experience with HCHB, OASIS, and home health documentation systems required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally
- Floating to nearby branch coverage may be required
