Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist contract position in La Crescent, MN at a skilled nursing facility. Requires PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active Minnesota license; BLS may be required. Experience with geriatric populations, post-acute care, and documentation systems used in SNFs is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Minnesota state physical therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
