Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for Henryetta, OK. Provide PT services in a hospital setting with an outpatient/acute care split. Caseload ~12 visits/day across outpatient orthopedics (post-op, chronic pain), vestibular, pelvic floor, and outpatient neuro (stroke, balance). Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; document treatment plans per facility standards. Requires Oklahoma PT license and degrees (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and BLS. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience treating outpatient orthopedics, vestibular disorders, pelvic floor conditions, and outpatient neuro patients preferred.
- Ability to manage an average caseload of approximately 12 visits per day, accounting for any inpatient treatment hours.
- Experience working in both outpatient and acute care settings preferred.
