Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in Florida hospital setting. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while gaining experience in a new location. Inpatient rehabilitation for post-operative, orthopedic, and medically complex patients. Requires PT degree, active Florida license, and BLS. Acute care experience preferred; familiarity with inpatient equipment and EMR/documentation systems is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
- Proficiency with common inpatient therapeutic equipment and documentation systems preferred (electronic medical record experience preferred).
- Clinical experience treating post-operative, orthopedic, and medically complex patients preferred.
