Job Summary
Travel Contract Physical Therapist providing in-home physical therapy services in Creve Coeur, MO. You will plan, implement, and evaluate individualized PT care plans in patient homes, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and provide education and training to patients and families. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recommending and adapting durable medical equipment for home environments, and documenting plans of care and progress notes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, or Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English
- Client requirement: Experience with durable medical equipment and ability to order/adapt rehabilitative equipment for home environments
