Travel Physical Therapist needed for Skilled Nursing Facility assignments nationwide through Jackson Therapy Partners. Provide patient recovery support for injuries and chronic conditions; travel with housing and relocation benefits; available career options including direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts via ProVenture AI career app. Minimum degree in PT from accredited programs; active state license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
