Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for hospital-based acute care in the Chicago Heights, IL area. The role includes performing PT evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled interventions for adult and geriatric patients, contributing to interdisciplinary care and discharge planning. Schedule features late-day coverage with two late days per week, no on-call requirement, and potential floating to nearby sites. Requires active IL PT license and BLS; prior travel therapy and EMR experience are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment is required.
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions for adult and geriatric patients.
