Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions within a Skilled Nursing Facility. Deliver care Monday through Friday with 35 scheduled hours per week, including a 30-minute meal break. Maintain an active state license and complete required BLS certification to begin the 12-week assignment. This travel contract offers full-time pay, 100% paid housing, and relocation assistance through Jackson Therapy Partners, allowing you to explore diverse locations nationwide while impacting patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
