Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions within skilled nursing facility settings. Maintain an active Minnesota state license or obtain one prior to assignment start. Coordinate care for patients while obtaining necessary documentation in long-term care environments. This assignment includes full-time hours with 100% paid housing, travel and license reimbursement, and benefits starting the first day. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Minnesota state license or ability to obtain an active Minnesota license prior to the assignment start
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
