Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within King County and Snohomish County. Provide home health coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm for 40 hours per week with no on-call requirement, though weekend rotation is required. Float to other nearby home health agencies as needed. Maintain active state licensure, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with vehicle access. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
- Weekend rotation required
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
