Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, with occasional inpatient coverage as needed. Manage a typical caseload of approximately 9–11 patients per day while working day shifts Monday through Friday. Maintain an active Arizona Physical Therapy license and hold BLS certification from AHA or ARC. Utilize ReDoc and MedHost electronic medical records for documentation. Willingness to work weekend shifts is required by the facility. Located in Bullhead City, AZ, this travel assignment offers proximity to regional outdoor recreation and riverfront activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Arizona Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
